How to Use an All-In-One Mushroom Grow Bag
1. Inoculate
Wipe the injection port with alcohol. Inject 2–3 cc of spore solution or liquid culture.
2. Colonize
Store at 65–72°F.
- Spores: ~3–4 weeks
- Liquid culture: ~2–3 weeks
Mycelium will spread through the grain.
3. Break & Mix
Once the grain is fully white, gently break and shake to mix grain into the substrate.
4. Fruiting
After full recolonization (2–3 weeks), stand or hang the bag with indirect light and airflow through the filter patch. Fruiting will begin naturally.
5. Harvest
Harvest when caps are formed and veils begin to tear. Twist and pull gently or cut with a clean blade.
Most all-in-one mushroom grow bags produce 2–3 flushes, averaging ~3 oz dried with proper care.
